The whole Staff Union of the Mass Oil Storage and Transport Company Limited (BOST) below PMSU and ICU think their Managing Director Edwin Provencal is as much the suspect in a wreath putting saga at the company’s Hq as anybody else. This particular reaction comes after wreaths having the name of the MD Mr Edwin Provencal were laid on the entrance of the head office within Accra with the company’s several CCTVs not capturing everything, a development an insider considers very suspicious. The particular mostly white and red-colored wreaths bore inscriptions for example “RIP Mr Edwin Provencal”, “Rest well”, among others.
