
A few aggrieved members of the resistance National Democratic Congress(NDC) from the Lambussie Constituency in the Higher West Regional; have submitted separate petitions against a few party stalwarts on accusations of voting Skirt plus Blouse in the 2020 President and Parliamentary Elections. The particular petitioners alleged that a few members of the opposition NDC, including a former DCE beneath the erstwhile John Mahama routine, Hon Bom-Diyaka Coffie, campaigned for skirt and shirt voting in the 2020 polls. In all, the NDC Constituency Chairman, Elias Tongwiise Baloro acknowledged having received 6 petitions from the petitioners, along with Mr Franklin Kpinee only filling about three (3) from the six (6) petitions. The particular said Mr Franklin Kpinee is a branch executive person in the NDC in the Lambussie Constituency and is currently a good Immigration Officer under the Ministry of the InteriorIn an earlier survey, the respondents have with each other described the petition towards them as frivolous, baseless and without substance, as nothing of the petitioners provided significant evidence weighty enough to get them guilty. They also arrested some party executives as well as a 3-time failed Constituency Chairmanship aspirant, Mr Sylvester Bayuo, including the former NDC Person in Parliament for the Lambussie Constituency, Hon.
