Prof. Christopher Ameyaw-Akumfi, Board Chairman for Public Procurement Authority and NPP National Chairman Hopeful is calling on Government, Non-governmental Organizations and Well-meaning Individuals to make it a priority to direct enough resources to Schools for Children with Disabilities or Special Needs. Prof. Ameyaw-Akumfi noted that the potentials and talents in students or persons with special needs could fully be harnessed to benefit the nation despite their physical challenges therefore the required resources or support must be given to them. He made this observation in an interview with Mynewsgh when that he paid a visit to the Ark Foundation Integrated Disability School at Offinso in the Ashanti Region where he made a huge donation to them as part of activities to mark his Birthday.
