MPs now pursuing Facebook populism rather than intellectual debate – Joewise laments

Mouthpiece Speaker of Parliament Later on Osei-Owusu has expressed their disappointment at the fact that Users of Parliament are now reduced on intellect but large on Facebook and populism. He says unlike years ago, the majority of Members of Parliament concentrate on populism rather than substance. Later on Osei-Owusu is worried that will Parliament has been reduced in order to popularity contest rather than a competition of ideas. Speaking to the things which matter. Very few of us. A lot of are doing populist things displaying demonstration so that we would end up being on Facebook and so on”. Joewise as he is passionately called said he is unfortunate to make that observation yet he thinks it’s directly to say that the depth within Parliament has dwindled and they are getting shallow.
