Kobby Mensah backs decision in order to punish persons involved in botched UG SRC swearing-in

The Lecturer at the University associated with Ghana Business School, Kobby Mensah has called upon Authorities of the Institution in order to punish all persons mixed up in illegal swearing in of just one Nana B as the Chief executive of the school’s Students Consultant Council. Kwame Amo Ntow-Fianko who was acting as the temporary President of the University associated with Ghana’s SRC via Move swore in a candidate who also did not win the school’s SRC election. This swearing-in has however , been announced null and void from the school’s Academic Board using the General Secretary and Treasurer asked to act as Chief executive and Vice respectively. Responding to the development, Kobby Mensah who is a Political Marketing and advertising expert has asked market leaders of the school to reprimand all students involved in the illegality to serve as a prevention to others. He feels that if those involved are usually punished, it will prevent comparable incidents from happening later on. Making a case in a twitter update, the Political Marketing professional indicated that “Those tried usurping the powers from the institution must be sanctioned. We all trivialise electoral fraud through not punishing the perpetrators”. Adding that “People can continue to defraud the politics system with no regard in order to perceived consequences if we neglect to punish”. Meanwhile, the school’s Academic Board has hinted that it will punish many students involved in the illegality.
