Just deep-minded artistes in songwriting can do Highlife – Quarme Zaggy opines

Ghanaian musician, Quarme Zaggy provides opined that Highlife songs is reserved for artistes who are deep-minded in songwriting. In an exclusive interview at the Kastle Entertainment Show, Quarme Zaggy explained that Highlife music comes with content therefore not every artiste can do this. “I’m not saying that each artiste from Ghana need to do Highlife because that style of music is not for everyone, ” he said upon Kastle FM in Shawl Coast. He told the particular host “Highlife music can be something that comes with content but not every musician that can perform such type of music. “If you are not deep enough you can not do it so I’m not really saying we should all perform Highlife but we must come with an agenda to push, ” he revealed to Amansan Krakye.
