Bole: Immigration Officer, 3 Cop rob illegal miners of the cash, personal effects

Law enforcement in the Bole District within the Savannah Region have caught a group of Immigration and Law enforcement officers who connived to rob from illegal miners who had been arrested. According to information through the Police, the suspects took money and other personal results from the illegal miners if they were arrested. The Officials who are currently in Law enforcement custody include Assistant Inspector of Immigration Awuku Kumi Joseph, aged 39years, Constable Appiah Christian Junior, twenty-four years, Constable Apraku Augustine 28years. The other person is Constable Owusu Ansah Richmond 30years. Upon their arrest, the authorities retrieved “Constable Appiah Alfredia Junior was found along with cash of GHC four, 135. Constable Apraku Augustine was found with a single smart phone. Constable Owusu Ansah Richmond was found along with one smart phone. Assistant Inspector of Immigration, Awuku Kumi Joseph was found along with cash of GHC10, 880”. The suspects have been held and the exhibits retained just for investigations.
