Bawku West Assembly blows GH39k on Christmas Hampers

The newest Auditor-General’s Report has uncovered that the Bawku West Region Assembly spent GHC39, 500 on food and other grocery store items for its staff throughout Christmas. The Assembly is said to get paid a supply referred to as Jezfarms Enterprise a total associated with GHC23, 150 as transaction for food for Xmas and New Year celebrations for 2020. Also, GHC16, 400 was paid to a different supplier known as Anelytie Business as payment for the availability of sugar, rice and essential oil for Muslims.
