A/R: Fire razes down 4-bedroom apartment at Adoato

Fireplace has razed down the 4-bedroom apartment at Adoato-Adumanu close to Bantama within the Kumasi Metropolis in the Ashanti Area on Sunday night. The tenant Maame Tawiah who have spoke to Pure Fm’s Osei Kwadwo disclosed that will she saw smoke originating from one of the bedrooms but was not able to tell how the fire began. The cause of the fire is usually yet to be known. Based on Madam Tawiah, “I visited church this evening so on the way home I saw the particular fire so I quickly woke up all the tenants simply because they were fast asleep”“If We didn’t see the fire upon my way home, the problem would have been different due to the fact all the tenants were asleep” She explained. “We taking everything to the fire. We now have to start life from scratch mainly because we couldn’t pick simply a pin from the house”. A few of the tenants disclosed. It required the intervention of Open fire Service Personnel to slop the fire after many attempts by some neighbours while victims are keeping track of their losses after the event.
