The particular Mankessim-Cape Coast Highway offers recorded an accident involving 8 vehicles. Meanwhile, Law enforcement have arrested the driver from the truck that was transporting the particular palm oil to assist in analysis. Municipal Fire Commander, DO3 Winifred Bonney who was on the scene used the opportunity to contact drivers using the road to prevent speeding indicating that some chemical substances will be used to clean the street. “We urgen drivers on the path to slow down. What we have done is the fact that a team has been positioned at the road from Takoradi whiles some have also been positioned at the road from Accra to ask them to slow down plus redirect them to use an additional route so that we can thoroughly clean the oil from the street, ” Municipal Fire Leader said.
