The 21-year-old completed a four-and-half-year offer to the Algerian side in March 2021 after great performances in the first circular of the Ghana Premier Little league worth a reported €500, 000.
The club stated no agent was involved with brokering the deal as the 2 clubs delt directly with one another, contrary to a claim simply by Algerian intermediary, Abdel Hammouche, that he was involved.
Kotoko said Hammouche was active in the deal at a point unfortunately he taken out of negotiations when USM Alger got in touch regarding direct discussions.
The declaration signed by the Porcupine Warriors’ acting communications director, Jesse Obeng Nyarko, also mentioned USM Alger have not compensated the transfer fee however, something Hammouche should have recognized if he was mixed up in deal.
