Manasseh questioned why a Member associated with parliament who opened gunshots in midst of people strolls free while the actress has become serving 90 days jail expression because of a semi-nude picture the lady posted online.
The former Pleasure FM journalist in his distribution quizzed whether Akuapem Poloo would have gone to jail in case he was a daughter of the politician.
Read below their full submission.
THEY’RE NOT REALLY AGAINST LAW ENFORCEMENT…
Ghanaians are certainly not against the enforcement of laws and regulations. They are against the selective using laws.
They are against the undeniable fact that Akuapem Polo has been sentenced, but the MP and Ressortchef (umgangssprachlich) who took responsibility for that shooting and the burning associated with motorbikes at a voters enrollment centre has been rewarded having a substantive ministerial position.
As well as the police have released the particular thugs who were with the girl and actually fired the weapons, according to eyewitnesses.
They are contrary to the justice system that places Abuga Pele on demo while Clement Kofi Humado testified against him. Abuga Pele is in jail yet Mr. Humado is free of prosecution.
They are against the imprisonment of Philip Assibit from the Goodwill International Group just for 12 years, while the loves of Zoomlion and rLG are free.
These companies plus their managers could not are the cause of hundreds of millions of cedis dolled out to them through questionable GYEEDA deals supervised simply by Clement Kofi Humado.
Therefore , before you vent your aggravation and accuse those worrying of double standards, temporarily stop and reflect:
Would Akuapem Polo have gone to prison if she had been the particular daughter of a minister associated with state?
We want our laws and regulations to be enforced, but if the laws and regulations are enforced against the particular weak and vulnerable, it amounts to selective proper rights.
And selective justice is certainly injustice.
