Top celebrity and talkshow host Nana Ama McBrown, a subject issue of court witness subpoena in the case in which Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson aka Bulldog is standing trial, made an appearance in court today.
The girl willingly appeared at the Accra circuit court on Fri, 26th March 2021 with no summons served on her.
Inside a reaction after appearing within court, Nana Ama informed her fans to be calm and really should not be afraid because of the continuous saga.
“Everything is fine plus okay. There are laws on this country and it’s due to that we went to court nowadays. It is not everything I can state, but I think we are good. There’s nothing wrong along with United showbiz and it isn’t really because of the show I’ve a new problem”.
“I didn’t visit court because I have a issue but I was there since Bulldog was in my display in which he didn’t talk well and has gotten your pet there. We are following the procedure for the law and it’s our show, so I had to come in court. ”
“Nobody needs to be afraid and no one should furthermore peddle lies that I happen to be arrested nor Bulldog continues to be jailed. The case is still within court and we should allow law work”. Nana Ama Mcbrown stated.
Nevertheless , during the court proceedings, Mcbrown’s lawyer Dennis Agyei Dwomoh prayed the court in order to rescind the order associated with summons because the witness made an appearance willingly.
The counsel for that court summon witness informed the court that they noticed in the news the courtroom had issued a see summons on his client depending on an application made by the criminal prosecution – which came being a surprise to them.
He carried on that although they have not already been served with the summons, these people deemed it fit plus obligatory to appear and aid the court in this issue.

The summons, he stated, was a coercive power plus prayed the court to get it set aside.
But The girl Honour Evelyn Asamoah declined prayers by the lawyer to get Nana Ama Agyemang Mcbrown to have the Court witness subpoena set aside.
On basis that will, no reasonable account has been cited as evidence in order to justify why the subpoena should be set aside.
The case nevertheless has been adjourned to 31st March, 2021.
