Gov’t communication on 2021 spending budget amateurish, immature – Prof Gyampo

Prof Ransford Gyampo of the College of Ghana Political Technology Department is not pleased regarding Communication on the 2021 spending budget. According to him, government conversation on the 2021 Budget is definitely amateurish and only focuses on oratory with lack of maturity. He or she indicates that the lack of maturation in the communication “is the needless noise that mocks you in the minds associated with not the unlettered, however the discerning in society”.
