An ex Central Regional Minister Kwamena Duncan has taken an exception towards the conduct of National Democratic Congress (NDC) lawmakers who have booed at the Chief Proper rights of Ghana Kwasi Anin-Yeboah while being introduced throughout the President’s State of the Country Address earlier this week. This individual observed that the conduct from the NDC MPs smacks associated with embarrassing some leaders from the country invited as visitors to events, wondering if this would not be a demotivator for a few of them declining futire invites to attend important events on the house. “For me, this really is something we should learn to stop. It is not good to humiliate our leaders for simply no reason especially during this kind of important functions”, the former NPP Regional Secretary pointed out throughout a panel discussion on Accra-based Peace Fm. Mr. Kwamena Duncan believes the Chief Proper rights (CJ), may find it difficult to try and do business on the floor of Parliament with the Members of Parliament (MPs) anytime opportunity is usually given him. It would be remembered that during the presentation from the President’s address last Wednesday, the Minority MPs booed and hackled the CJ and other dignitaries while getting introduced by the Speaker associated with Parliament, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, a move that can be widely condemned. “He includes a duty to play and execute in Parliament. Do you think which he will feel in his well in the body and soul…. which he will feel welcomed to go right now there? ”, the former Central Local Minister quizzed on Accra-based Peace FM’s Kokrokoo early morning show monitored by Kwami Sefa Kayi, describing the behaviour of the Minority MPs since unparliamentary. Meanwhile, the NDC MP for New Edubiase, Adams Abdul Salam has mentioned that the Minority did not hoot at Chief Justice Proper rights Annin-Yeboah as widely documented by the media. According to your pet, they only heckled your pet and their heckling had been part of parliamentary processes therefore there should be no fuss about this.
