Ghana’s Financing Minister, Ken Ofori Atta, has said Ghanaians should be prepared to pay the E-LEVY through the benefit of FREE SHS towards the entire populace into better consideration. According to him, individuals who have enjoyed FREE SHS need to accept to pay E-LEVY to make it possible for others to savor it too.
