Person in Parliament for Wa Main Hon Rashid Pelpuo has brought on the President of Ghana over the Military High Command’s move to strip the Loudspeaker of Parliament of their Military Security detail.
The particular Military High Command inside a letter dated January eleven, 2022 ordered that Army Officers who are part of the Loudspeaker of Parliament’s security fine detail will be taken from him since their attachment did not adhere to due process.
The Army Officers were ordered in order to leave on January fourteen, 2022 in order for the right treatment to be taken.
This move have not gone down well with specifically the Minority in Parliament who believe the Chief executive is behind the proceed to rid the Speaker of Parliament of his security staff.
Commenting on the move by the Army High Command, Rashid Pelpuo in a tweet said right after attacking several Members associated with Parliament with suits, the federal government has now shifted its focus on the Speaker; a proceed he indicates that the uncalled for.
He mentioned it is sad that presently in Ghana any individual that opposes anything by the Leader has to be made to go through a few hard times.
To Rashid Pelpuo, he pleads with Lord to fasten the years to ensure that a vindictive Nana Addo Dakwa Akufo-Addo will keep power in 2025.
