NPP suffering from communication paralysis – Adomako Baafi openly confesses

A top member of the New Patriotic Celebration (NPP) Yaw Adomako Baafi has acknowledged that the regulating political party is indeed struggling with communication paralysis underscoring the advantages of the issue to be addressed along with urgency.
