A top member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Legal Group Lawyer Abraham Amaliba reports that the petition sent to any office of the Inspector General associated with Police (IGP) by the celebration for an update on research undertaken after some people were killed whiles other people were maimed during the 2020 elections is a test situation for the new IGP.
