NPP’s Sulley Sambian schools NDC’s Felix Kwakye Ofosu upon bail for suspects

Attorney Sulley Sambian, North Eastern Regional Secretary of the regulating New Patriotic Party (NPP), has explained that the proven fact that all offences in Ghana are bailable – that is every suspect arrested regarding allegedly committing whatever criminal offense can be granted bail – does not necessarily mean that every believe will be bailed. He mentioned that the discretion to offer bail is in the fingers of a Court of qualified jurisdiction. His explanation is at reaction to Felix Kwakye Ofosu’s questioning of the basis associated with reminding persons accused associated with minor infractions of the regulation into prison custody whenever even graver offences are usually bailable.
