Ghanaian stereo presenter, Nana Romeo offers condemned what he conditions as the unnecessary visits towards the residence of the National Key Imam, Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu.
Speaking on Accra-based radio station Accra FM, the broadcaster lamented that many people visit the 102-year-old adored religious leader “for simply no special reason” to take photos with him and posting on social media.
He bemoaned that the situation is getting from hands and needs to be examined.
“People visit the Chief Vorbeter every day for no exclusive reason. Mostly just to consider pictures with him. Presently, if you’re searching for an seniors person whose image is over social media, then it is the Chief Imam and it’s poor, ” Nana Romeo mentioned.
From his observation, the main Imam sometimes looks noticeably tired and needs to relax but his health is definitely ignored because he has to accomadate guests.
