Since the late Prof John Evans Atta Mills Presidential collection continuous to waste aside, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Cape Coast Southern, Mr. Kwaku Ricketts Hagan has vowed to champ and propose a president libraries bills in parliament. “We will like to offer a presidential libraries expenses to Parliament using Atta Mills library as a design to pass into law a good act that will establish a program to encourage past Presidents and their families and buddies to build a presidential collection which will be privately funded” this individual stated. Mr. Ricketts Hagan strongly believed the law would certainly encourage future presidents plus their families to build presidential collection in their hometowns. “We think that if this is done, we will be capable to promote research in the hometowns and the region of the previous presidents as well as promote tourism” he added.
